Second album in the St. George's Trilogy: Past

I woke up with my face on the ground. As I looked up I saw the gas station I lived by was being built on. The place had Halloween decorations adorned on the colorful metal walls. Purple and orange glowing lights everywhere along the windows. As I walked down the sidewalk to midtown I saw bikers ride from the darkness. The sky was a deep purple, odd for St. Georges but it still felt like home. As when I got to midtown I gazed at beauty with my eyes. I saw midtown again, the face of an old lover. With pretty lights adorning the windows and the place looking brand new. I cried, loudly. I was so happy to be home again, it felt like 2015. My own happiness came back as I stared into the glamorous walls of midtown variety and cried like a baby. When I recomposed myself I saw a kid ride by on bike. He was holding a chicken in his hand that he was very obviously abusing. I tried to chase after him again but the kid was too fast. I sat down on the ground with it now being daytime, sobbing and wailing. The chicken looked so scared and helpless.
